1. Prue & Adrian

26 October 2018

This beautiful day showered blue skies and excitement down onto Prue, Adrian and each one of their guests. The day begun with the Ceremony at Little Cove, where all their closest friends and family watched them say ‘I Do’, shaded by the swaying palm trees and serenaded by the crashing of the waves on the sand. They then moved a short distance to the Sugar Wharf, where the ladies could swap their stilettos for personalised thongs, and Prue and Adrian could be celebrated with a cold beer or glass of champagne. This wedding embraced all that is Tropical North Queensland, through the palm fronds adorning the wooden rails, the reef boats cruising by and the pink skies that kicked off the night. Everything about this wedding, including the dinner under the stars, the tropical theme and the sparkling lights, made it a truly spectacular day.

2. Holly & Tommy

25 August 2018

Next is the splendid local couple Holly & Tommy, who celebrated their love under the rainforest canopy and festoon lights with their nearest and dearest. Navigating through the FNQ Cane Fields to a ‘secret location’, the guests crossed a fairy-lit bridge and down and oil lamp path, to a colossal fig tree where the Bride and Groom tied the knot. ‘Heavens Gates’ then opened onto the magical Rainforest Grotto, with cheers and tears welcoming Mr & Mrs Stevens to the world! With no curfew or neighbours to worry about, this celebration went well on into the night, friends and family clinking glasses and dancing like nobody was watching, all in the name of Holly & Tommy. The Rainforest Grotto, being a private venue, is the perfect location for a group that wants to dance until the dawn. The lush greenery takes you to a different time and a different place, and the charming yet intimate set up really made it feel like your own private island.
